A Lockport radio station, WLVL 1340am (pretty sure) used to have Tra-radio I believe it was called......people were selling some weird stuff. Like the lid from an old grill for $4, one leg from a cutoff pair of Levi's for $1, a half bag rocksalt from 5 years ago, free to the first guy to show up. Funny as balls.......

This picture is from last fall......I was cutting some wood with the chain saw and hauling it with a wagon pulled by the 4wheeler. I had stopped cut a tree that fell across the trail and the little bugger jumped into the wagon then climbed in my milk crate full of fuel and tools. It was really something special!!

You guys should carry a camera with you once in awhile........ This grouse has been hanging around for three years I think at my buddies.

As a kid I absolutely loved to climb trees. Of course I had no gear at all and wasn’t doing tree work. As I got older I started to do some tree work and STILL didn’t have any gear! Now that I’m older I don’t want to climb with a saw and have no reason to do it although I am fascinated with it. Post up some pics of your gear philo, I’d like to see it. Maybe I’ll discover the Fountain of Yourh tomorrow.

I have two haul lines attached to the upper section and when not in use, stuffed in a zippered side pouch. (different compartments to avoid a birds nest) After I have the stand all set and I'm ready to climb aboard for the ascent, I hook a dog collar type snap to the upper wheel (YIKES, don't tell Tacks) and then climb up, get stand locked in, hang bow holder and then haul up the bow. The second line is two fold, the obvious is for a back up and also if I have a ton of clothes, I tie them on and haul them up too.

These came in the mail yesterday and I'm very pleased except for one thing.....the prussik hitches have reflective material woven into the material. I guess that'll be OK for that ODD time I get all twisted up and can't find my stand.
