    As long as the x-bow portion of the training is worked into the existing curriculum, that's fine.

    Create an archery(x-bow) class and get certified before allowing person to buy x-bow. OK by me to hunt with them. Corral the compound/traditional people with the x-bow and hunt and lets move on.

    Funny on some of those "hunting" shows where the "hunter" sets up in a blind 20 yards from a pile of corn or a feeder, then kills a buck of a lifetime saying ""....whew....what a hunt". Pathetic. My system of being in the right spot and wait them out is cool with me. I have a feeling I will arrow a buck of a lifetime very soon, which will mean the world to me as I encroach on 65 years of age and beyond.

    Players can quit and do whatever they want with their millions. I'm taking a knee against $10 cup of warm stadium beer and over the top parking charge, then burn my overpriced ticket. I have more important items on my agenda than waste valuable time watching these guys score only 3 points a game. Poor babies....

    Oct 1st still seems early to me, but opening day is what it is...go for it. I will wait until mid-late Oct before heading out.

    Got together with a camp buddy and put up ladder stand and cleared some driveway brush instead of watching the Jills. Time better spent.

    I'd rather live in Montana...cold in winter but no hurricanes.

    Any chance you can leave your dog at home with someone and keep the peace with your hunt partner? After all, you bought in to hunt with your partner, not to have a combo hunting property/camp kennel. One time at the rod and gun, a member brought his bird dog along while others were bow hunting....made a mess in the cabin and whatever...never again. Sorry, I like dogs, but not at hunt camp.

    In my infrequent travels to Dansville, I noticed the gliders looping around. That would be a hoot to have someone fly me around in one of those. Hot air balloon....not so much. Been to the Wellsville balloon rally. OK I guess.

    Friends of mine have visited NYC and would never return. They thought it would be fun, but was not worth the hassel. Based on their experience, I would not get within 100 miles of NYC.

    If I win a foolish amount of money like that, I'm buying a property on Grand Cayman island, then building a hurricane proof villa. Damn that seven mile beach is awesome.

    Had no idea yesterday was left hander day. being left handed, my handwriting has never been that great. I stick to printing and use a straightedge.

    Hunting in the future will be by getting ones checkbook out and leasing good hunting land to hunt. Got a feeling drones will be a part of scouting properties.
