HAPPY BIRTHDAY

He probably didn't marry you for your coffee

What I am hoping for is a nice fall. While I enjoy matching wits with the whitetails I enjoy being out there for the colorful transition from fall to winter. I have spent many a day not seeing anything and still walked out of the woods a happy man. It is without a doubt my favorite time of the year.. Deer just add to the experience.

I am right behind him and don't blame him a bit.

That would be me....If you guys think you have problems her birthday is Nov. 7th and our anniversary is the 16th. We always work it out but it is a struggle every year. Luckily for me she realizes in one form or another it doesn't end until the end of March the following year and has pretty much gotten use to it. From April to Oct it is pretty much all about her.

DEC Statement for hikers & leaf peepers Hunting Season: Early Bear Hunting Season is open. Hikers should be aware that they may meet hunters bearing firearms or archery equipment on trails. Please recognize that these are fellow outdoor recreationists with the legal right to participate in these activities on the Forest Preserve. Hunting accidents involving non-hunters are extremely rare.

That makes two of us...every time he opens his mouth I want to puke. I didn't watch the whole thing either! -
Throw the peep away and practice anchoring in the same place each time. If you have a consistent anchor point there is no need for a peep.

Just Kidding.....Maybe just back off the poundage a little bit and work your way up to your max after seeing the DR. I hurt a little bit but I am shooting anywhere from 48-80 arrows each time I shoot.
-
That is how...But please don't go crazy. There are more important things that will take you there

I am not strictly a "trophy" hunter so I can't answer. Looks like a young buck with a nice rack to me.

They aren't there 24/7. Pick a different time to pull the card.

I still use the old fashion way....re-rod and double stake for coyotes.

My hat goes off to you and while I love the Adirondacks and the challenges they bring....... in my area it is challenging just to see one any more let alone get a shot. I don't have that luxury
