  1. Send me a private message. Perhaps I can help out.
  2. Nice! He looks like an old fighter. Congrats.
  3. Well, I finally decided to get another X-bow. I wanted a recurve style to supplement my compound. I've got a Kodabow Zulu Scout inbound. I have all the essentials waiting, so it should be an easy set-up. Will post some pics on arrival.
  4. Dude needs to learn how to operate the bolt without lifting his head way off the stock. Wastin' time!
  5. IMO, Leupy's are pretty decent and they stand behind their products. I have a couple and they have been fine.
  6. The NYS regs stayed the same... 200# max draw weight. The Ravin is also too narrow and would not be NYS legal.
  7. If you boyz think $1600 is bad, look at the Ravin R15. There are many great X-bows out there now... this PSE being one.
  8. Never arrowed a gator... but have caught many while working at Dismal. This bad boy was 10.5 feet and full of P&V.
  9. Harmless... won't effect meat consumption.
  10. Nice rig there... should work fine.
  11. I also looked at them (hard) last year. Decided to wait a bit and see how they made out.
  12. I gave up watching the NFL thug league years ago. I'd rather go have diarrhea! Now college ball, that's a different beast. I'll be in front of the TV every weekend!
  13. Believe it or not, we have electricity but no running water. Back in the 60's, REA ran a power line (easement) right by the cabin (within 100 yards) to get across the hill. My Dad worked out a deal to get a pole and box put outside then we did the rest. Up until then is was all gas lanterns.
  14. Needed something for the hunting cabin. We haul in drinking water, but hot showers are a rarity. NO MORE. I found a unit called the Big Kahuna. It comes in three sizes and includes a very good submersible pump. A heater unit is optional. I got the 13 gal size with the heater. The heater runs off 110v. but the pump is 12v. Plug it in to heat the water then unhook the heater and hook-up the pump to a 12v. supply (even works off a vehicle cig lighter type plug-in). It works great with AMPLE pressure and longevity. This thing really is the "bugs nuts"!!! Highly recommended.
  15. LOL. I've already spent too much of my life at Dismal. I was in Management there for 11 years!
  16. Good point. I'm so happy O'bummer is gone and the Hildabeast isn't there.
  17. We have a Bass Pro nearby in Orlando. I go there on occasion, but it's mostly filled with cheap Chinese / Vietnamese junk or over priced name brand stuff. However, they do have some decent sales sometimes.
  18. Either Kelly or the Donald booted him today. LOL. The WH would appear to be a dumpster fire.
  19. Him B healthy 4 sho! Show us the kill pics in the fall!
