  1. You may be a tad early for that organic fertilizer. To become available, it has to be “worked on” by soil microbes. They aren’t very active yet due to low soil temps.
  2. Me thinks both Tommy and Cam need a haircut. Looks silly to me.
  3. Interesting subject. I too have a Sweet Sixteen that shoots slugs well. I even located a dedicated slug barrel with open sights (hard to find) and about a dozen boxes of slugs. Local guy wanted to buy the whole lot, but did not want to pony up the cash. I bought this in 1966 (1965 manufacture). Sentimental I guess.
  4. These are like new in original packaging (package was opened to check for fit but they did not fit rifle). Originally cost $47.00. Mounts fit Browning A Bolt, Sako A7, and Steyr Pro Hunter SBS. The product number is 940000. Asking $35.00 plus shipping.
  5. I feel sorry for you folks up there. I have both Florida and Georgia carry licenses. Easy to get. Now, here in Georgia, they have introduced legislation to make permit less carry the law. That will be great.
  6. You may have some weather issues starting around Tuesday as several rain events are heading this way. I hope it holds off for your trip.
  7. Similar story to Chef. In one of my Entomology labs, we tied off different locations on blowfly maggots to see hormonal effects and changes.
  8. Similar technology has been used in the past, but more research is definitely in order.
  9. I have a Glock 20 that I sometimes carry... switch off with a Walther single stack 9 for ease of conceal.
  10. There is (currently) an Excalibur Axe 340 listed for sale in the market place at Crossbow Nation. If I recall correctly, seller is asking in the range of $550.
  11. Another option is kind of a semi-custom. Check out Fusion Firearms. Make it the way you want it.
  12. There are tons of great scopes out there. I would suggest the higher level Tract Optics (made in Japan) or a newer offering from Element Optics.
  13. ology = the study of Lepidoptera = moths and butterflies
  14. My advanced training was in Entomology but… I concentrated in termite taxonomy, turf and ornamental insects and household critters. Note… although there are several species of “stinging” caterpillars, these do not appear to have urticating spines. Handling may invoke dermatitis in some individuals.
  15. Interesting that they would be appearing now… in February. I do not know exactly what it is… there are literally thousands of species. You could grab up a few and send them over to Cornell.
  16. U done good son! Awesome ride.
  17. You have never read a book? Shakes head in disbelief. U R missing out son.
  18. Just finished reading Laptop From Hell by Miranda Devine. Hunter Biden (and the whole Biden clan) are scum dogs of the highest order. They should all be in jail.
