  1. obvious trying to cover up something. Has gloves on and on the wrong hands just to fool the CSI investigation. I say we ban rocks immediately!
  2. i like the brush/tree roots as a backdrop. Hope to see a deer laying in that runway this season. Looks ready to me!

  8. Well this guy is def a tool. But it looks like he is trying to intimidate you but in reality he isn't gonna shoot anyone. That being said he sure seems like he might think of taking a swing or pulling a gun up in intimidation if this got heated. If you get more pics of tresspassing and issues arise go right to a sherriff office and notify landowner. They might make a house call to speak with this fella. And might already know him from other issues. Folks like this they usually do. Document everything. Watch your equipment. And it's a good idea to stop and try to be the friendly guy. But make sure he knows no one is to be on the property other than you and you and the landowner will press charges on anyone. That sucks for you for sure when the place sounds so great . There was another fella on this forum with a similar issue and he stopped and talked with the guy and the guy realized he was in the wrong. Hopefully that works out for you as well.

  13. looks like that first one has a broken front leg. and that jogger was prob a hiker until he saw some crazy guy in the woods making noises. lol. those does were def curious. How close did they get?
  14. Does the Academy make house calls? Have a road show? this is top priority ! - Grampy needs to be ready by 10/1! Hope it works out that would be frustrating. I was shooting off with broadheads too and had to move nock point now its all good with some help from guys on this forum.
  15. i do the same now too. Hope for an early doe or two then hunt for a decent buck. Two years ago ate all my buck tags but it was a great season still. My hunting buddy for the first time ever said this year he is gonna try to hold out for a big buck and pass on smaller does. He shot a small doe last year and it was his only deer too. It would be kinda bittersweet to tag out on a buck opening day but obviously a good one comes in I would take it.
  16. 14 yards, shot a deer in there two years ago in woods at 35, right about where this turkey is standing, then 1/2 hour later a nice buck came in but not where i could get a shot. He was following another doe and the doe went right in front of my stand and pissed and thought for sure he would come in but he never came out of brushline for a shot. I actually see more deer in the woods than field most days.
  17. Ok I thought so cause you said it was gonna be carbon fiber. Great. Were the changes successful?
  18. Did that vine grow up the ladder or is that something you put on there?
  19. Chicken nachos. Thanks again TF , mighty taco is just perfect for this .
