Highly doubt  it’s from a bobcat. They normally bury their food known as a cache. But they do hunt from trees and pounce on unsuspecting prey below.

I have seen hide and bones being dragged around after the majority of the carcass is eaten..   That may be the case here as well...

I have witnessed a fisher taking a freshly killed rabbit up a hemlock tree a couple years ago. Perhaps the reason being, to keep the kill from other nearby predators like fox and coyote?

If it's just skin and a leg maybe an eagle or turkey vulture tried to fly off with it and dropped it ....
