No price listed... My hunting buddy is trying to call about it today.  One of the statelands that we hunt is near by this place in Warsaw.  Its a 35 minute drive from my house

For that price you could lock down a near world-class ground in the midwest with much more potential, too. $10K will still buy you a really, really good lease in MO, IL, IA, KS.

1500 acres in tompkins county near ithaca. 500$ a year deer hunting only and possibilities of land improvement in the future. Some rules and regs. on safety zones and food plots. If your interested fell free to reach out. Also potential for more spots in future seasons. It's a special opportunity with normal hardworking deer fanatics.

Thats a really good price... Too bad it isnt closer to home  Buffalo area.

LOL... for that money, they should shoot them, gut em and butcher them up for you!

Ill stick to the state lands near me... theres plenty of opertunity.  Its kind of like the old days where hunting on a neighbors property... you would always see someone while you were out
