Filet rare with rice mixed with bell peppers. Peas,  side salad with blue cheese crumbles with a oil n vinegar dressing. Enhanced with a Cabernet Sauvignon.

Venison burgers with a dash of worchestshire sauce , salt n pepper and a bit of blue cheese crumbles topped with bacon.

Pork ribs,cauliflower with a sprinkling of mexican cheese,rice,peas, spice carrot cake made with frozen bananas not oil or eggs. Great!

It was actually a lamb Barbados black sheep to be exact and I wound up breaking it down and just roasting a leg, it was very good! Forgot to take pics

Thanks to taco Tim for this idea. Spun my venison bite recipe into wild turkey bites. Half a spring bird breast , dash of coffee rub , dab of chive onion cream cheese , wrapped in bacon. Scrumptious

Right ! Samantha and I went to town. Dropped a few off to Sodfather down the street. Thumbs up there too. Mama maybe getting a grilled cheese as a side.
