Biz, It is very good and I am sure you would enjoy it.  It tastes very similar to beef but it is on the tough side, so chewing is required.  I have made some roasts and stews in the insta pot using bear meat and that turns out super tender!

We had a cooking class at a local Italian food store. Make your own dinner, then eat it there. Fun night and a good meal!

Wife didn’t want to risk bringing newborn into small place with cold/flu season. I was worried it was taste bad when I got home. But still good!
