Bionic
Shraamps cooked in butter/minced garlic, with half a beer evaporated into it. Light sprinkle of cayenne for a tingle, and grated cheese. All tossed together at the end so the pasta would gather up the remaining butter/beer.

UpStateRedNeck
I didn't take any pictures, yet, but I spent about 6 hours sunday making 18 pounds of venison sausage (my favorite goddamn breakfast), 4 pounds of jerky, and beer backstrap steak. Dehydrated the jerky last night, whole house smelled like it, woke up hungry as fffffffff. Beer back strap steak on the grill for me and my dad Sunday night. Everyone else had beef. Venison is a HELL of a lot better than the crap beef they have left at the store right now. And beer back strap is so damn easy. Beer + meat tenderizer, throw it in a ziplok bag, marinate for 4 hours, grill, done. Hey may not have had the biggest rack, but holy crap was he tasty.
