Haven’t had this pizza in many years as Samantha won’t eat it. Artichoke spread , bell peppers, garlic , feta cheese and a dash of crushed red pepper in the garlic spread.

I had goose tonight first time. A friend gave me some breasts. I dipped in seasoned flour and fried. Was not too impressed. If I get more maybe jerky is a better bet?

It is much better cooked low, slow and wet.  Or sliced thin, cooked quick in a stir fry.    If you have a bunch of it, it also makes excellent pastrami.

NY Strip ordered medium, got a pinch below well, but very good.  Ordered Chicken Tequila Pasta....PATHETIC dish is an understatement.  Won’t even show it....I almost had to add salt to it....disappointing, but then again we ain’t in NY anymore toh-doh

Got a Brazilian steak house style venison roast I bring slow cooked for tomorrow. Tonight was fair food;
Fried dough, chicken parm egg roll, corn nuggets, and a dole whip for dessert.
