Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and last night I added a little balsamic vinegar

Taco Tuesday - site wouldn't let me upload photo so you'll have to take my word for it....three stand and stuff shells with meat, cheese, refried beans, onions, lettuce, sour cream and chipotle tabasco, sliced avocado on the side....
