My neighbors are family, if they get it we are in trouble and vice versa. We hang out, have fires etc. We do distance and we dont share food or enter each others houses though

Kielbasa and pierogies

We tried a different “local” piergoi.  They SUCK bad.  Oh well.  The kielbasa though, spot on from PA dutch country.  New pic theme tonight, with sprinkled on Cow Massage Dry Rub.

What kind of perogies do u usually have? Kraut? Cheese? Tater?   I like homemade kraut ones the best.

Grilled venison kebab with couscous. Did a nice middle eastern marinade on the vennny used the bottom round

One of my boys has always been Into food (remembers vacations by the dinner we had!) and now since we are home has been cooking his ass off.
Chicken and waffles is his latest




Who knew Costco made a “real” maple syrup!!

Lately, they have been homemade by an older gentleman known as “Pierogi Joe” He makes them to order at his home! Soooo good.  They are mind bogglingly-delicious! These we tried tonight are “Mom & Pop” brand....they tasted like dough! But the weird part was, the texture felt like straight potato, no dough texture, very weird!

we like buffalo chicken pierogies, loaded baked potato pierogies, broccoli/cheddar pierogies.

Former wife's family was polish and every Easter it was homeade perogies.  They made cheese and kraut ones with a sauce of diced onion and butter. Good stuff.
