Just listened to Willie Giess podcast, she was the guest and that is the exact menu she served him during the interview.  Plus a salad. 

Yours looks good, going to try that one soon.

Wife makes a killer beer cheese soup. Velveeta all the way.  Little drizzle of Franks hot sauce and crumbled bacon   No ham.  Tough to switch from a good thing
