Me too.food towne in north chili had em $2.99/pack thurs-saturday so grabbed a few and their sirloins $2.99/lb (2 per pack).had to scoop em up!

Venison burger with bacon..

Wife and I did our first annual Dandelion pick today. Picked 12 big bushels and then ckeaned...washed....blanched...and are draining outside in the garage. Ended up with 26 softball sized batches. One more picking before they flower and we are good for the year. Of course we had to taste test them for dinner just now.

Yes they are I also eat them.The flowers make great wine aswell

Yes. We pick them from farm fields before thry are plowed or cut. Pick them before they flower or else they are bitter. Saute with onions, garlic, sslt and pepper. Most amazing greens and side dish to venison and fish.

Lunch in the city...some noodle place by Columbia Teacher College -spicy noodle special (pretty much angel hair pasta with chili oil) and a woodsear mushroom salad(garlicky and yummy!).

I picture tooken.... I started Crock-Pot 6 this morning. Neck roast, I was going to do gravy and potatoes but ended up doing Kimmel rolls. So so good, meat just melted away

The crock-pot is the best! Maybe having somebody cook for me would be better, but the crock-pot is a close runner-up.
