Just read an article about $100 per POUND lobster salad being offered in the Hamptons. Things like that make me hate people especially when they then talk about selling 1,000 pounds a season. Douches

Are you going to throw it in crockpot after say 4 hours of smoking ? Throw a beer in pot and on low for 12-24 hours and zero pulling. Pull out bone with tongs and stir is all. The only way I’ll ever do it again

I'm not today, but I'll definitely have to try that. I'm going 8-9hours on it. Smoke for the first 3 hours. I'm breaking her in so I'm figuring it out.

Well it turns out that when my favorite daughter asks for pizza and I don’t have fresh ricotta at for my white, I can use those baked beans to make a first ever “Frank and Beans pizza”

Notice “the beans are NOT above the frank” as in an iconic movie line!

Cow rub is outstanding! Making turkey bites and venison bites on smoker for wife’s work picnic Sunday. Bionic cow massage rub on bite sized pieces of both critters , dab of jalapeño cream cheese and small piece of bacon.  Full send
Just got my cow rub in the mail.....can't wait for my first try at a meal!

Made ribs for the first time in the smoker today, they were the best I can ever remember eating. I'll smoke them slow in the smoker every time from now on. Was going for the infamous 3-2-1 recipe but being they were wild hog ribs, they took a little longer (3-5-2). Made a lasagna with deer & hog sausage for later in the week.

To Canada where you live? No the tariff on poblano peppers would put me out of business.

A little trick to make the consistency of the stuffing good is a couple ounces of beer and a little lime juice. Beer and lime juice make everything better.

Venison bites and wild turkey bites on smoker at wife’s picnic. New smoker sucks button buck ballz. Couldn’t get it above 170 in 2 hours with full chimney of smoldering coals. Finished them on the grill. Smoke was good but no temp. 137e9ba674d6eb32d1e7ee2fde06d468.jpge567098992586147b2dc35d76226ad0b.jpg
