Nytracker Posted June 11, 2021 Share Posted June 11, 2021 Had steak grilled, mashed taters, and garlic scapes . Wife and I had never had them . Looked them up on the net . We decided to saute them in olive oil pepper and salt. Served them with a twist of lemon . Was pretty tasty . Note to anybody that has never done them , cut the seed pod off with tips and discard as they are very woody . The good parts had the texture of asparagus with a hint of garlic taste.
