Because they were causing his dogs to bark, and wanted to keep track of those coming into his yard. 

He's lucky he doesn't live in the sticks. Like to see him try and paint a deer.

To me, this seems pretty stupid, but they charged him with a crime.  This is what NY thinks is criminal behavior?  I think NY has plenty of serious crime it could be attacking, and this ain't it.

Yes, I agree; stupid as hell, but not a crime.  Kinda like voting for the Dems these days, right !!
