bandits games are the most rowdy pro sports games i've ever been too. based on my experience years ago, it's guaranteed some old lady that's 70+ yrs old pregamed and is got one of those in at least one hand while talking a bunch of sh*t to the other team. all while the announcer gets people chanting "to the box. to the box. to the box...." "what's he got he got?! Nothing!"

Center of the Sun is a collab beer between Equilibrium and Civil Society, the latter not being a brewer that I've sampled before.  Pours a dark orange color with a thin to medium head.  Tangerine notes were first to jump on the nose and taste, then a lemon zest, but the pilsner influence is apparent throughout all aspects of this beer.  Brewer's description lists Mosiac, Azzaca, Lemondrop and Simcoe Cryo hops for this 8.4% DIPA, but I'm stuck on the pilsner taste.  Maybe I'm just too biased to that EQ Juice profile to show this beer enough love?  Final answer: it's fun to sample (thanks Mrs. aboa!), but not a collab brew that I would go out of the way to track down. :drinks:

Getting ready to watch the Fantastic Beasts sequel with my daughter and needed an appropriate beverage.  Ommegang has always been a favorite of mine and this Barrel-Aged Vanilla Smoked Porter had been on my radar since release.  Dominanting smokey, vanilla bean flavor embraces the glass and floods the palate, finishing with the warmth of good bourbon.  I can only imagine how this flavor profile would play out in an imperial stout!  Uniquely Ommegang, this is one to savor. :drinks:

New can and new recipe I think. I think they did the same with galactic fog. Went to red instead of green because of simcoe?

"The Shining" made for a great horror flick and now a great beer.  Foam's new 8% DIPA is a juice bomb loaded with mango and pineapple flavors.  Super smooth feel with only the slightest bitterness on the finish.  So good, I want to break the door down for more!  Best of the 4 Foam beers that I tried.  :drinks:

Nice!  Does this even compare to anything else you've had?  The brew process is unlike anything else I've seen.  Very curious to try this one.
