A good day of preparing for the coming storm deserves a good evening so we started at my local brewery, Rising Storm and then moved on to Noble Shepherd over in Honeoye for a beer and Thai food. Now home to enjoy some great Homebrew. Celebration 61. Our clone of Sierra Nevada Celebration. 

Homebrewing is like porn. It’s fun to watch but a whole lot more fun to make it yourself....

Yea, certainly not a typical DIPA... but I’m into weird stuff.  8% gets the job done.

Bumble berry by heads .. a touch of honey with a blueberry finish. Very refreshing!

I can’t say I look forward to any beer as much as the release of Genny Bock.

A few cases will fill up,the open spaces in the Outback when we leave for FLA next week .

This is OK. Pretty bitter and tastes like grapefruit rine. I may be what the label says, but I won't be buying this one again.

I really like that one. My sister got me 6 for my birthday. Two of each flavor. I like that particular one. It's not at all hard to enjoy
