Lawd.. that almost looks like Reynalds gull...if so that would have been a heart attack drag...lol

 

I may have been born at night but NOT last night!!

 

No way would I hunt near any gully even close to the size of Reynolds Gull, ditches scare the Be-Jesus out of me lately.........

 

For those interested in WTH we are talking about, Reynolds Gully is a gorgeous little gem in Livingston County that is lightly visited and very accessible with a short 10-15 minute hike by "decent shoe wearing able bodied folks"  Some may have remembered my pics from late this summer when my wife and I visited there.  As a youngster, I fished there among many other creeks, streams, ponds and of course Hemlock Lake.

State Land?  This is private land in East Aurora, minutes from Tim Horton's.
