Other than on the "Introductions" page how do you start a new topic?

Our hunting club is looking for new members. Is starting a topic for this okay to do or viewed as cheesy advertising?

Update your profile and let folks know where you are from . There may be site members here that are close by to you and might be interested in joining a hunting club . If your post turns out to be SPAM , it will be duly noted . 

 

Go to the FORUM you want to post on ( Chat , Hunting , etc ) and click on it . At the top , look for Start New Topic and take it from there .
