What's in your smoker tonight?

Just put in some venison jalapeño sausage in for some snacking for the boys this weekend after fishing.

Only second time I've used it.  Just got it coulple weeks ago.

Smoked lasgna, could have come out sooner.  I would not ask for this again but still not bad

I may have listed this before but..... if you put a bowl of water in smoker (top rack) and smoke something else ,bottom rack   then pour smoked water into ice cube trays and freeze for "smoked' manhattans later on

Yea that’s a great trick. You can also use that water to brine things you may not want to smoke
But want smoked flavor

That looks great!  I always  wanted to do bacon, one of these days I've got to try it.

Venison back straps marinated in Montreal steak seasoning, veg oil, vinegar, and water, then stuffed with hot Italian sausage. Going in the smoker!

I pulled the casings off the sausage to stuff the venison because wife said "don't just shove the sausage in there, that's too pornograffic!"

Sorry, this is all that's left. Busy weekend, took some of this to 2 Christmas parties, it was a big hit!
