[mention=762]chefhunter86[/mention] I think we have all the feedback we are going to get as far as the interest level of people. Looking at the responses in the poll, as well as your and [mention=871]Biz-R-OWorld[/mention] responses, it sounds like July 12-14 is the most popular date, as that is the date that was most popular in the poll and that both you and Biz could make. 
At this point, we could do one of two things, or both: Put up a new poll with just two or three choices for dates and or ask who would want to stay at the hotel. I would think that you would need to have a block of at least 10 rooms for two nights to get any love from the sales department, but that is just a guess on my part. I am assuming that there are some people that are local to the casino and would not need a hotel room.
What are your thoughts at this point?

I remember going to Turning Stone to play poker when I was like 19 with a bunch of friends. There wasn’t even a hotel there yet and you couldn’t buy drinks. We cleaned up there. Ended up going back like 10 times that summer.

I wonder if there are enough wineries near the casino to hire a small bus/large van and do a winery tours one afternoon. That would appeal to the non-golfers and would be couple friendly. Something to look into.

My wife may come, as she enjoys playing the slot machines once in awhile. (her thing, not mine) We probably would not stay overnight though. We'd drive home after most of the festivities.

There isn't much for wineries. There is one down the road though that the casino bus will take you too.

I'm out for the 30th. That's the GF's daughter and foster daughters grad party.  But that Friday night the 29th would still work.

Might still be able to make it happen, we said we’d do something, but haven’t planned anything yet. This could be part of that something!

Going to try to make it, it's the closest gathering to me so far as it's only an hour and a half away. I would just be coming for the day and my wife plans to come along if I'm able to come to be a DD. And of course to play a slot machine or 2. I won't know for sure though until the date gets closer as summer is are busy time and it's sometimes hard to get weekends off.

June 7-9 in also the Boxing Hall Of Fame weekend in Canastota which is just down the road and there will be a fight card at the Turning Stone event center.
