No March Blizzard

We made it!!! Every March, we have a traditional huge dump of heavy, sloppy-gloppy, snow during March. I remember one of those March storms that forced me to get a payloader in to break a trail up to the house. Three feet of snow with the consistency of ice cream.

Well, this year we did it. We survived a March without that kind of storm. Of course I wouldn't want to make any predictions for April.....lol.

I was a little nervous last weekend.  Had 7" at the house. 6 miles away there was only 1/2".  Didn't plow my driveway. Way too soft.

It's sloppy here ,maybe a few inches of wet slop .

I got about 18" last Friday.  Wet, nasty and mud underneath. Got rid of it yesterday with 68 degrees.

Like they say It An't Over Till It's Over, It is 38 deg. here now and Snowing , Fine Flakes and going dowwn to the 20;s tonight , They say it is going to snow all night.

Got a foot of snow last weekend, at the farm property in the Albany hilltowns. Most of it is gone already. No snow at all here in Altamont, down here below the hill.

Just got back from up on the hill. Temps in the 30s now, and falling fast! Big difference since yesterday, when it was so nice and near 70. 

But that's early spring for ya!

Drove to buffalo to switch cars at 6am they had about 2 inches and I had and still have nothing at my house..
