  1. I do not know this guy or have his permission so I blocked out his face. He shot one nice buck during bow and another nice one during gun in Wayne County. Saw it on another forum I visit now & then:
  2. https://wefundthewall.com/ we the people WILL FUND the wall! If every Trump supporter gives $80 the wall will be funded! Sign petition below demanding the Trump wall, and continue on to donate on GoFund
  3. I would say you are correct but would be willing to bet that if the "working" population were in a category by themselves the results would show a decline. Those who see all the freebies being handed out and are working their tails off to pay taxes so others can reap the benefits are looking for a better way which often leads to somewhere else.
  4. Me to...I agree it has a long ways to go but 8 million in three days isn't bad. I think it would be great if he reaches it just so the politicians who do nothing would know that the American people do have a voice and are willing to stand behind issues that matter to America unlike them. That's how Trump got elected in the first place.
  5. Over 8 Million so far. Started because of the lack of action by the House & Senate https://www.gofundme.com/TheTrumpWall
  6. I think he gave it up a year ago and now it is Caitlyn Yes, I Had the Surgery But Don't Ask About I 4/22/2017 10:29 AM PDT Caitlyn Jenner Says Penis Removal Questions Are Inappropriate Caitlyn Jenner says she'll never go into an in-depth conversation about the surgery that removed her penis because to ask a transgender person about the procedure is flat out inappropriate. Jenner sat down with Diane Sawyer on 20/20 Friday night to discuss everything from family to her everyday routine. Naturally, Sawyer also touched on Caitlyn's surgery -- which she mentions in her book -- to remove her penis. Jenner didn't have an issue talking to Diane about the question ... but gives fair warning to anyone else outside the transgender community who may have the urge to ask.
  7. I was hoping to make it but due to the fact deer season took up so much time I have been notified I am behind on my holiday duties and other things I have neglected. It would be around three hours round trip for me but had hoped to come. I only have a few days to catch up so I hope you guys have a great time and get home safely.
  8. Better do it before the Democratic Senate takes over in January and hope they don't come up with a way to make them completely illegal, begin confiscation, or require them to be turned over. Also don't forget to turn over all your social media passwords so you can pass a background check when the time comes.
  9. She was every bit of that. I have seen her a couple of times this year and during the late season I kept looking for her hoping she would provide a opportunity. Maybe a pope & young doe. I hope to put a trail cam out in the next week or so and try to get her on camera.
  10. In the face of the federal government's assault on New York, Governor Andrew M. Cuomo today unveiled his "2019 Justice Agenda," "Let this agenda be New York's Declaration of Independence. We declare independence from this federal government's policies. Combat Gun Violence: 2018 was by far the worst year for school shootings in American history. To once again lead the nation on gun safety, Governor Cuomo will push to pass the Red Flag Law, ban bump stocks and extend the waiting period for purchasing a gun from three days to 10 days Pass the Dream Act: While the federal government has declared war on new immigrants, New York is standing up for our immigrant communities. This year, New York will pass the Dream Act once and for all to ensure a higher education system that opens the door of opportunity to all of our children. Improve Our Democracy: To continue New York's progressive path of justice for all, Governor Cuomo will protect our democracy to make sure our government truly represents the people. While the federal government works to disenfranchise voters, Protect LGBTQ Rights: New York was the first large state to pass marriage equality, but as the federal government still seeks to discriminate against the LGBTQ community, Governor Cuomo will codify the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act into New York State law and end conversion therapy. Legalize Adult Use of Recreational Marijuana: Governor Cuomo will end the disproportionate criminalization of one race over another by regulating, legalizing and taxing adult use of recreational marijuana. 11. Have a great day gentlemen
  12. First of all I would have to say the weather really messed up my plan for this year which was to bow hunt hard, fill at least one tag, run a trap line just before and during, then gun hunt as I felt like it since I am not a big fan of gun season. The wet weather and early snows kept me from running a trap line so I deer hunted instead. In 2017 I hunted a total of 110 hours versus 102 hrs. in 2018. In 2017 I never hunted the late season and hunted four times in 2018 Deer sightings in 2017 were 75 which was all during bow season.... 23 Bucks, 28 Doe, and 24 couldn't tell. Not a single deer was seen during the 2017 gun season after hunting almost 60 hours. In 2018 deer sightings were 94.... Only 8 Bucks all during bow, 62 Doe, and 24 couldn't tell. The only shot opportunities were on deer I chose not to take and only managed to fill one dmp. I did see one on the biggest bucks I have ever seen (body wise) and one of the biggest does I have ever seen. She was probably close to 200 lbs. and had her at 35 yds. about 5 minutes after legal time. In comparison I would have to say 2018 was better than 2017 but I could have done without the the rainy & wet & windy weather in Oct. Not much we can do about the weather but hunt accordingly. Maybe next year
  13. You guys need glasses...It is either a guy or a gal walking their dog. Notice the leash in the left hand.
  14. I got up this morning and the wind was howling with about a 13 degree wind chill so said screw it. Spent the morning stuffing some venison sausage casings ready to cook. The wind died down somewhat so I went out in the afternoon and sat in a little bowl to try to get out of the wind. As I was climbing up the tree I look up and see a doe on the ridge about 60 yards away just watching me. I think to myself "now I am busted". I continued up to the height I was going to sit and she is still watching so I pulled the phone out & took a couple pictures. Got the climber stabilized, pulled up the bow, knocked and arrow, only to realize my release was still in my pack on the ground. I pulled the pack up got the release out and she was still there watching. I figured what the hell I have nothing to lose so I waved to her like "come on I will shoot you". She watched for a couple of minutes and gave me a look like "not today buddy" turned and just walked away. I saw one other deer to far away and couldn't tell what it was. Sat til dark and nothing else. Except for the weather I can't complain about this deer season since I saw deer just about every time I was out just not many shot opportunities Last year it was mostly bucks in the early season and nothing during gun season. This year by far more doe and hardly any bucks. Well it is over for another year...sad to see it end but glad it is over. Probably after the holidays or possibly before I will get some cameras out to see what survived and start scouting for next year.
  15. My brother in law is a pretty hard deer hunter. He hunts bow, gun, and muzzleloader. He even shot one with a x-bow this year. He hunts every weekend rain or shine along with the high winds. He hasn't seen a deer in a couple of weeks worth shooting. So today he pulls into work and right next to his parking spot he see this. Gotta love it !!!
  16. I've been trying to get a glimpse of this guy all season with no luck. Hope no one got him:
  17. I had to fight with myself this morning to go. 33 degrees with a 15 mph wind/28 degree wind chill and a forecast calling for 30-40 mph winds this afternoon. Knowing I wouldn't get out this afternoon I decided to give it a go. I have been hunting this spot trying to get a glimpse of this guy but have had no luck. I had a small one come in and gave it a pass. Not hunting this afternoon and will play it by ear for tomorrow.
  18. Nice buck...and like I said earlier learning how to shoot is the biggest part of it and it sounds like you have figured it out to the point where you can be successful on a regular basis. Keep up the good shooting
  19. I would walk it first to at least get a feel for whether or not is good habitat and to see if there is sign indicating it gets used on a regular basis. A lot of properties on goggle maps look promising until you get there and actually see it for yourself. It appears there is a pipeline, electric. line or something to that affect running through the center of it that may or may not be part of the property?? One thing I might be concerned about as far as hunting is it appears to be narrow and couldn't help but wonder about the owners on each side as far deer crossing lines when hit. It could be a gold mine or a royal pain in a lower extremity. It is probably worth checking out since Pembroke has been known for some wall hangers.
  20. A case of her favorite wine any other stupid thing I can dream up. The wine usually gets me off the hook but definitely no pot and or pans. Oh and a day with me
