wooly
Amazing buck Cabin Fever! Living up a tree should be easy for ya this year! Good luck with him man!
Skillet
He's nice, but I'd pass him. If you look close, you can obviously tell that he's not a shooter. Better let him go another 2 or 3 years, and maybe he'll be a big one.
nyantler
WOW... what an animal. Ole Joe is probably salivating already and readying the presses for your story! Best of Luck to you in killing that monster. You know it!!!! That is about as nice as they come right there! I would take work off all season to catch up with that bad boy!! It is seldom that you see a buck that is 7 x anything!!! Edited September 16, 2012 by nyantler

Four Season Whitetail's
You know it!!!! That is about as nice as they come right there! I would take work off all season to catch up with that bad boy!! It is seldom that you see a buck that is 7 x anything!!! Thats what i was thinkin!!!! Looks like he is 7 by 5. Kinda hard to tell. He might have 6 on the right side. No matter....That is what its all about right there and anyone including Doc that says its not worth having AR to make more mature bucks like that...Well,Whatever...Let someone that has never taken a mature buck like that and they will never drop the hammer on a baby buck again!!! Cabin Fever
I would take work off all season to catch up with that bad boy!! It is seldom that you see a buck that is 7 x anything!!! Funny you should say that about work... I'm working 5 days in October and 10 days in November! Gotta love vacation time!!!!!!!! I've stared at those pics for so long that I have the images burned into my memory! Hunters PORN!!! That's all I could see last night when I was trying to sleep!! The thicket (borders my property) that has been his core area for the past couple of years was wiped out this summer by bulldozers! It's gonna be a new crop field! I was hoping he would either move into my thickets or the adjoining neighbors thickets on the other side of my property, instead of moving across the road or into a completely new area. I was starting to get worried as I haven't gotten any pics of him yet this summer. Thank God, my hopes and logic was correct and he didn't leave the area! I was starting to think it was just wishful thinking that he didn't leave after his thicket was destroyed! Where the pics were taken, he's standing ~300 yards from my cabin! Kot2B
What a monster, makes me think with all of the growth from last year if that will be typical for the rest of the deer in the state with the mild winter.
apoallo
make sure you work on him all season and when you get him we wanna see pics of him on your wall
Cabin Fever
have you given him a name yet? how does Rib-cage sound, cuz thats all i see a top his head hahaha Ribcage is about what I and about everyone else first thought of when we first saw the pics! (Actually, I believe I blurted out several "Holy F-bombs", before ribcage came to my mind!) I have pics of him from the past 2 years, but the ribcage type rack wasn't as pronounced as it is now. I keep going over aerial photos, trying to figure out where his core area is, where my stands are placed, where I've gotten pics of him traveling over the past 3 years, etc... Someone give me an Ambien..... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
beachpeaz
Whats cool about him is he is pretty "typical." usually when you get into bucks taht have 12, 13, 14 + points it is usually "junk." he has such a perfect rack. I dont' know If have ahve ever seen 7 on one side inline like that. he is over 170" btw whoever guessed that number. I have a 160" behind my house that I have enough pictures of to be damn close on teh measruement and this buck is considerable larger.
