Man, this is funny. Trump is simply trying to stir up $#!+ that honestly most people don't care about. He knows that Obama will never release these records, thus he is trying to look like he is such a generous person by offering money to charity. If he had the slightest reason to think that Obama might actually release these records he sure as hell wouldn't be offering it, I can assure everyone of that.
