They have issued the FIRST blizzard warning in 21 years for us here in Buffalo..........Erie, Genesee and Niagara Counties until 6am (I think) Wednesday.

I'm going to do a little storm cruising tonight.................LOL 

 

I used to LOVE this stuff, not so much anymore.  I have a pretty quiet day tomorrow; a pile of paper work needs attention so it'll get done.   Maybe a couple estimates, maybe not.

elma, east aurora, and south wales were getting pounded earlier on my drive home from work... this is a lake effect band blizzard... i have nothing at my house (too far south and inland from the lake)

I put the outdoor Christmas lights on one last time just to make it easy to find the house on the way home from the gas station and pizza place. Its a white out in Hamburg right now.

Left gander mountain at 6 and visibility was down to 50 feet in tonawanda ... Little hairy drive home .. !!

I'm very jealous I love storm cruising but I'm stuck in the house with pneumonia. I love cruising down by the water seeing the waves crash over the break wall and down near isle view park

Getting Dumped on in Lakeview Right now.

Wind is wreaking havoc on garbage cans and Christmas ornaments that people have outside still.

   Getting hammer in Lancaster now, heavy snow, blowing, white outs & 1* for outside temp. Cars going by about 3 mph.

81 closed from Watertown to Parish parts on the thruway closed.  No snow here in the frozen north just cold and wind

All it takes is a tiny shift in the wind to crush any area.  IF it was to shift a RCH to the north we'd be getting it here in Amherst.
