I really like spinach.  cooks down, adds flavor, good in a salad, easy to grow etc.

Made steak fries the other night and sprinkled them with white cheddar cheese popcorn topping. Ohhhhhh yes. Divine

Shio Ramen hungry man challenge at Tampopo Ramen in Washington Heights and Lin-Manuel Miranda shows up. He ordered his to go which is sacrilegious in my opinion. But it's cool to see someone still stay true to his/her 'hood even after they become super famous and successful.
