Firs pre-seasoned with Bionic’s Chicken Rub, General Tso’s for her, and my plate is pictured with a half dozen General Tso’s/sesame seeds, and a half dozen Frank’s Red Hot. Still doing the 60-90 minute convection bake, then deep fry method, delicious. First pic is baked, ready for deep fryer.
