Never got around to posting up the pizza we made Friday night. A big thanks and shout-out to[mention=2073]jjb4900[/mention] on the 10.5 and 6 inch skillets he sent me. Used the bigger one along with my Erie #8 to make 2 awesome pan pizzas the fiance cooked up for us! It's the King Arthur Flour Recipe of the year. The dough definitely took a lot of babying. But the end result was absolutely fantastic! Beats pizza but pizza. And two slices are more than enough so a quarter pie and you're going to be absolutely stuffed. We sprinkled a little cheese then did sauce as usual then did cheese on top like a normal pizza. Absolutely fantastic!

Highly recommend this. I seasoned the roast with salt and pepper and browned it in a cast iron, then deglazed the pan with a cup of beef broth. I added to the crock pot a pack of Good brand dry italian dressing seasoning, half a jar of pepperoncini peppers drained, a jar of giardiniera drained, a while sliced onion and a sliced red and green bell pepper. Put the crock pot on low for 9 hours and then put it on a hero with spicy hoagie spread and melted some provolone on top. Put some of the juice from the slow cooker in a bowl and used it as a dipper for each bite. AMAZING!!!

thank you!  I hate when people put kidney beans in chili!  NO! lol Chili beans go in chili.  Looks great

Jenn made a monster of a cob salad tonight.  Sliced hard boiled eggs, bacon, avocado, red onion, swiss cheese slices, tomato, romaine, and chicken seasoned with Bionic’s Chicken Rub.  I used Balsamic dressing.

Baked potato egg boats. Also with spinach and sharp cheese. Topped with bionic tater topping and Frank's.
