growalot Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Well no surgery yet...not as bad as Dr. led me to believe...surgeon is sending me to PT for 6 wks and "your not super woman" so it needs rest!....which can be done sitting quietly for hours deer hunting...have to use the gator to get around no more walking/hiking 600 of Ibuprephen 3x's a day...Looks like it isn't causing an allergic reaction..great thing The Gator was parked when I got here so here she is... 15 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Nomad Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Good to hear ! PT really helped my shoulders,double impingement ,bone spurs, beginning of frozen shoulder,and a partial tear they think. It took longer then they first lead me to believe ,but i did the exercises as RX 'd and it helped greatly. growalot Posted October 2, 2014 Author Share Posted October 2, 2014 Thanks..OMG!!! 8 gals of water 100#'s of chicken food...zippity do da what a breeze...then skipped on over and loaded up a pile of brush, shazam.... done!! This thing is the nuts! I luv it...with the window it did get a tad warm in the cab when I idleded it unloading...which tells me it is going to be a nice ride down and back from stands and cutting fire wood this winter...speaking of...I believe I'll just widen a few more trails...Dear Lord, no wagon...I can cut any where I want!!! 3 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

growalot Posted October 4, 2014 Author Share Posted October 4, 2014 No Belo..last year I tore the meniscus in my right knee...had surgery and they removed 2/3's of it...This is left knee small tear in meniscus and bad tear of ACL...ppl my age they try to avoid reconstructing it...until it becomes to unstable and or arthritis presents...then it'S a knee replacement.
