a biouching!!....I was out and about yesterday and every where I went I heard ..."I'm just sick of it...enough already!!!" ect..ect... "

 

The weather and snow ...We are still getting snow nearly daily....our drive is is snow covered...still 2 ft in the woods 9 degrees out right now...lol  I give the weather credit for one thing...It's given large  diverse groups  of people a consensus on one thing...which is difficult to find now days

I thought it was funny...a few ppl started getting a tad hysterical as they went...high voices and hand gestures...talking about running out of fuel and how much heating was costing them...air quality in their homes..lines at the car washes....not much that the weather wasn't being blamed for....lol

I'm not so sure that the consensus includes skiers and snowmobilers and maybe some ice fishermen. Those people may not have had their fill yet. I am not one of those!

My sister in Florida wants to move back "home" to New York, she says it just gets to hot and to humid. I said to her your blood is so thinned out now you will think its cold at 60 F when your here. She will really complain when it's -10F here and she sees the weather back in Florida is 80 F and sunny!!

I'll be one of those complaining about the heat. I do have a preferred temperature and weather condition. I'm pretty fussy about that. Especially when it comes to ugly conditions that begin to feel like there is no end to them. ......... kind of like this winter.

Same here,I absolutly hate the heat.In fact anything above 75 is more than I like to be honest! This winter has lasted long enough for me though.The only thing I want is turkey season and to catch some spring Perch,crappie and then a few walleye!

All my wife thinks about is Florida and moving down there. I could not stand the heat and humidity. I 'd rather take my chances out west. Dry and no hurricanes.

Now there is something that really has me concerned. This cold nasty stuff with excessive precipitation is not a pattern that just started getting set up in February. It actually started part way through last summer. And there is no sign that the general pattern is really breaking. Sure makes for a crappy (or non-existent) garden.....lol.

 

Also concerned about the turkey nesting season, and the fawning season too for that matter. There's just too damned much global warming going on.

Get me that 100+ acres on the lake up north for May1 though Christmas(end of hunting season). Then get a small condo or place in the Keys for Jan., Feb., Mar. and Apr.
