Doc
Well, it's time to move a couple of items and uncover the bow target in the basement. It's only 15 yards, but all I do is use a smaller bulls eye .... lol. Sure is better than standing out in the snow with a temperature in the teens. Anybody else doing some winter shooting (in home or a commercial range)?

Doc
That is dedication Not all that unusual. There's are lot of people that like to keep the archery muscles tuned up year around. When I was a member of Avon Bowmen, we used to have an indoor range over in Caledonia for winter league competition. I finally had to get out because it was a 70 mile round trip on winter roads (ha-ha .... that was dedication). So I took their target face, made it a 3/4 scaled down version and started shooting in my basement at 15 yards instead of the official 20 yards. I still do that just to keep my hand in the target stuff a bit.
Jeremy K
I was just thinking the same thing, perfect time to work on muscle memory for drawing and anchoring as well as slow trigger squeeze. 3D season will be here no time and then hunting season. BowmanMike
I keep all my firewood in my basement and I have to burn some more before I have room for the target. I am eager to do that though because I also want to hit a lot of 3D shoots this year. I haven't shot my bow in a few months and that does not seem right. Buckmaster7600
17 yds corner to corner in the basement range. Atleast 5 nights a week the old man comes over and we make dart boards on the big paper plates and play a couple games and drink a beer or 2. It's alot of fun and really relaxing standing by the stove "shooting" darts.

The_Real_TCIII
Google "Powerpoint archery spot targets", you can get a template that prints Indoor Spot targets proportional to the number of yards you have, assuming you dont have

Larry
It would be nice if I could shoot in my basement. I could shoot 20yds if my wife would get rid of her ANTIQUITIES (crap)

NFA-ADK
Into our 2nd week at Suffolk Archers this Sunday. I might actually make this one because getting to the hunting grounds might not be possible with this snow.
