Newbie from NYC

Really happy to find this forum.

Not many hunters where I live.

Too many libs & De Blasio fans who despise my passion for the outdoors. They have no clue!

I am truly grateful to hear from others who share my passion and learn from so many fellow hunters on this site!

Anyway - will be upstate this weekend with my son and hopefully harvesting a nice buck.

Don't know how I didn't see this, but welcome! It can be tough but honestly i have found that 9 times out of 10 they are interested in hunting. Of course there are anti's but F them you dont need to explain your selves to them.

Welcome aboard.  Stay safe (hunting and while afoot) out there.

wet leaves on a wet rock sometimes = fall on to your ___.

Same can happen on in the snow when your boot treads are full of the white stuff while stepping down smooth rock on a slope.
