Governor Cuomo is truly incompetent.  Think about the following:

*     A violent sociopath murders children and teachers at a school in Sandy Hook, CT.  In 30 days Cuomo gets the SAFE Act  that has not made a difference in reducing or eliminating gun violence in the middle of the night.  He is a nation hero to the gun control advocacy even though the SAFE Act did not make schools safer or anyone else.

*     A violent sociopath murders children and teachers at a school in Florida.  In 30 days Cuomo plays dead at a PRO-gun control protest. He is a nation hero to the gun control advocacy even though Cuomo playing dead did not make schools safer or anyone .

In times of crisis real leaders rise to the occasion, NOT by playing dead like Cuomo.  The GUN FREE ZONE at schools never worked.  When will see real school security at all schools?  When will the politicians mandate that every school have an armed guard, all staff have a medical alert type panic button to communicate with law enforcement, entrances will be harden and staff who are legally qualified and trained can volunteer to be armed?  All I see is more useless gun control proposals with  more useless GUN FREE ZONE signs that never scare off killers.  

Insanity Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results.  That statement defines the thought process of the gun control advocacy.

That's because they don't actually want to fix the problem. If enough of these happen there will be enough shouting for repealing the second amendment. No good tragedy goes to waste. That's why we never hear about solutions that might actually work like things you laid out. You will never get me to believe that the  gun control advocates want to  take our guns. I don't care what they say. Repeal the 2nd amendment and instead of having the right to own you have the privilege to own.....Throw a couple of more laws in there and in a generation or two....bingo...no more guns....We just keep giving away our freedoms little by little. The freedoms that made this country great for over 200 years and the freedoms that separated us from the rest of the world.
