Thank you TF! Much appreciated.  I have the meatballs,  and sauce still simmering.   My mom is coming up today for dinner.  Weather was supposed to be showery here, but so far its clear blue, thinking

Happy 32 Bionic.  I like red cabbage on fish tacos but lettuce is great on venison ones.

Thanks Wolc.  I love red cabbage,  that sounds great thank you.  I used a little spring mix greens as more of a garnish, but mexican tacos im all about romaine, tomato, and red onion lol

That would be an Italian handy sandwich. A hollowed out chunk of bread with meat and cheese inside. You can keep one in your pocket for most of the day without embarrassment. Eat when hungry. Very popular on the farm where I grew up. Guaranteed to scare the hell outta most citizens today...:taunt: I love it.

Thank you! It was a good day, my mom came up, and so we had a nice meal, and cake.  Then my girlfriend,  my mom, and I went for a drive around the lakes in the area.  Weather was perfect during that, thanks again.
