Hunter007
This guy says He eats only one meal a day, eats no meat, yet has a warrior physique and is a world weight lifting champion I call bs this guy either just has good gentics or more then likely takes muscle drugs steroids. HE DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THAT BECAUSE OF HIS DIET .
steve863
I don't know. If it were a white guy I'd say he could never look like that being a vegan. But some black guys are just naturally built. Doesn't take too much for many of them to look like that. OK, now I will probably be considered a racist for saying something like this, but so be it. Elmo
When I was younger, I was super skinny no matter how hard I tried. One summer, I took tons of protein shakes, ate a pint of Haagen Daz ice cream and at least 6 eggs every single day for a month. I was too young to think about healthy eating. I was simply looking at consuming as many calories as I can squeeze in. Most people would have a heart attack eating what I was eating. I lost 10 lbs that summer. My body fat % was at 5.7%. Genetics. Then at around 34, 35...pooofff. It all came back. I'm still not obese by any means but I no longer look like an NFL wide receiver either. But even now if you look at how much I eat compared to some other people you would think I would be fatter than they are and it's actually the opposite.

Rattler
It is possible for this guy to be legit. Diet is very important and the gym time required is less when the diet is correct. Is he using steroids? Maybe. But he doesn't look big enough if he is. Gotta respect his condition though. I was in great shape in college and have always been a fitness freak. Diet is the utmost factor for staying in shape. I spend about 2 hours a day, 5 days a week in the gym, but don't work out with heavy weights. Just want to stay fit. I'm 62 now and still feel great. Gotta stay fit to hunt the mountains and remain capable of doing everything else I love to do. Good genetics help too. I'm hiding my face here as I prefer anonymity. There are white guys also just naturally built but yea it is more common with someone from that part of the world to be cut up like that but its not his diet of vegetables thats for sure

Elmo
The amount of calories you're suppose to consume is a rough guess and doctors openly admit can be off by +/- 20% easy. Add in the fact that the FDA doesn't regulate the caloric information on food labels (many of which haven't been updated since the 1980's). So trying to accurately shave a couple of hundred calories off your diets with inaccurate information is a waste of time. Just make smart choices. Eat more natural foods and less processed foods. Forget counting calories.

ATbuckhunter
I also say genetics is the biggest factor for this guy. Ive lifted with some people that should have out lifted me by large margins, but while they were struggling to bench 135, I would be adding the second plate and hit 5-7 reps for 3-5 sets. They genetically had the size, but I genetically had the stength. They were pretty lean and outweighed me by 15-20 pounds if I remember correctly. If this is legit, this guy has top teir genetics. He could be much bigger if he ate normally. Definitely not a diet 99% of the planet should strive for.

Hard to see in that photo, but it's thinning a lot on top and in the back. Plus it was died in that photo (woman's advice) but I'm letting it stay gray now. No matter how much you work out, there's nothing you can do about hair loss.
