so my nephew just got his licence the other day never really showed an interest in hunting til a few weeks ago. at 1025 this am he took. his 1st game ever! oh and i was able to get a doe as well..

yes . his 1st hunt 5 yards 30-30. only went 150 yards or so waited hr to track ,put finisher in it as was still moving but wasnt going anywhere.

told his father would of been cheaper to mount his 1st squirrel than geting a bear..

yes one deer either sex and bear ..hunting again sunday for deer

G-Man, any thoughts on why the bears find this area so attractive?  Also, if you have food plots do the bears use them? I would be happy to see just one!
