They are nice and are a great tool but I do believe that many healthy hunter that are capable of walking would just rather be lazy and use the machine. In so far as being inferior to me, LOL to each his own I say. Just because I love being in the woods does not mean everyone has that same logic, some are only out to get a deer and be done. Does not make him inferior to me just walks to a different tune is all. Almost the same concept as using a crossbow in bow season, do I think he is lazy because he just purchased the crossbow. Again to each his own, just because I do not use a cross bow or a ATV does not mean I think those that do are lazy or inferior to me. Enjoy what you do and don't worry about what others do legally.

Not worth the price to watch two fighters both past their prime. A few years ago would have been great but both fighters have lost a step.

The safe act, make us safer one gun owner at a time. LOL and you thought it was not about getting guns. Somehow taking some farmers guns away does not make me feel any safer. But at least they got more guns off the street, I mean out of this guys house? Wonder how many more safe acts will be created so gun grabbing can take place.

Great points! Mature deer react different to cams then younger deer. Not every deer will have a bad reaction but if I spook one mature buck the money spent was fruitless for me. Doubt most cam users are out to capture a mature doe on camera. Great tool if used properly but it can be an issue if not and you are after specific game that's a little more seasoned.

My only advice would be to place it high as possible and descent as much as possible including your hands and boots. Will all deer run from a cam at eye level, no but they seem to be less weary when it is above them. Many get use to the cams when the 8-20+ properties they go through might have 10-30 cams but a higher placed cam has the scent above them and avoids the direct eye contact and general awareness of something out of place. No big deal if your just trying to photo some game but it can be if it spooks them or makes them aware of something "different" in the area. Same concept as hunting from the tree stand vs the ground. Why not put it up a little higher, what disadvantage would it be? None that I know. JMO

Tough to watch. Thanks for sharing. 2015 I hope will be considered one of the worst winters and not the norm in the future. Only benefit I can think of would be this years fawns might have an easer time with less deer eating and competing for food this winter.

Very nice looking bow! After you shoot it a few times let us know what you think about. Weight of the bow, vibration, valley and back wall. If you have access to a chrono, a speed test would be nice. Best of luck with it, hope it is your best weapon ever and shoots straight!

So true, I was told if I enter a buck into the BC club I would loose the hunting spots on LI. They want to keep the fact that LI is a great place to get a trophy a secret. After hearing how many people on this forum state that LI is so bad for hunting, well now I just agree and say yea it SUCKS don't come here!

With the Gov. trying to cover health care we are doomed, they can't even balance the budget. So bad. Hopefully the next guy can get it right.
