i paid about 140 for mine. But it was the most expensive stone mountain string/cables with customer colors. They installed them, tied a new d loop, set up center shot, reinstalled the peep, and timed and centered my ripcord as well. I wouldnt be suprised if you could get one budget in the 70-80 range installed.

Picked up my Hoyt from Legends of the Fall in Tully yesterday, they installed a new stone mountain string and cables for me and cut some arrows. Cant say enough about the excellent customer service and knowledge from Jeff, Melissa, Dillon and Glen. Anyone in need of a quality no bs bowshop in CNY check them out. ***Disclaimer*** im not affiliated with the shop or the Bordwell's at all, just a very happy customer Happy hunting

2 things.. 1.)the lake will funnel deer around it, they wont swim unless they had to. once you figure out which way their moving on the property it should help you figure out which way the lake will pinch their trails, giving you stand options. Figure out where they like to bed and what their eating and use where they go around the lake to your advantage. 2.) if you end up setting up a stand basically on the waters edge, you can likely access it by a canoe or small boat, therefore drastically reducing the scent you lay down accessing the stand and minimizing bumping deer on the way to and from the stand. Even if they see you in the boat, they likely dont associate boaters/canoe er's with danger as they see them throughout the year.

Civilians cant legally issue a bounty on another civilian, thats technically murder for hire. Though i bought obama or holder, criminals that they are actual care about letter of the law, unless their trying to ram some unconsitutional crap down our throats. god i hope this country wakes up

I heard a few months ago that there was a bill in Albany to put AR's in 7M and a few other WMAs. Anybody seen any updates on this? Odds it'll happen this season?

I guess all you can do now is clean it out, and dump it in a field somewhere to shoot some coyotes over it

id walk the banks of that drainage and see where they cross. Should be easy to tell from tracks in the mud. From your description, it may not be deep enough to change their patterns, unlessits really steep or a close easy way around it.

Thats a good point.. I used to hunt a lot in the ADK's big acorn years were terrible hunting because there was producing trees literally everywhere
