  1. I don't know of any game cam that works with Bluetooth. Some wifi cams have free photos, but it's a very limited # per month.
  2. When carbon arrows first came out, they used a aluminum adapter that slid over the shaft as the shaft wasn't large enough to accept a standard insert. The problem with those aluminum adapters is they bent very easily. Wasn't a issue using a bag target, but hit a solid 3D target and after a few shots, the adapter would bend. They were glued on with epoxy as the Fletch Tite wouldn't hold. So basically unless you left the shaft a little longer so you could cut the adapter off and install a new one, you were out of luck.
  3. Need to make a table, and get some accessories to make it a low and slow rig, but couldn't pass it up.
  4. Buddy of mine bought out a business while back. Had this brand new in the box. Got it for less than half the normal cost.
  5. My cousin's wife got a bull tag. He's the alternate hunter. Most likely he'll be doing the shooting. I'm going up with them to help out. Good friend in Maine is a registered guide, and his son also got a bull tag. We'll be looking for 2 bulls
  6. I showed a guy who lived on my Rd that trick a few years ago. I'd see him trying to back in his horse trailer at least once a month. One day he was really flustered because there were several people waiting not so patiently to get by. When I got out of my truck, he snapped at me saying he was doing his best. Told him what to do, and coached him as he backed up. He was extremely grateful. As we're the others waiting to get by.
  7. Not my style. Plus I'm not a Ford fan.
  8. My buddy was launching his boat, and I was holding the boat line. It was only a 14' row boat, but for some reason he backed in rather fast and hit the brakes hard. Dam boat flew off the trailer and if I didn't let go of the line, I'd have gotten wet. Fortunately, there were several people there seen the whole thing and we're more than willing to let my buddy know he messed up. Once seen a guy loose boat and trailer into the lake on a rather steep launch. Seems a 2 5/16" coupler won't stay on a 2" ball, and didn't have any safety chains either. Luckily, cousin and I had just loaded up and we're getting ready to leave.
  9. He's friggin adorable. Congrats on the new family member.
  10. I have a very close friend who lost a child to this garbage. However, I do not think narcan should not be free, and you get one chance, next time, pray...
  11. I kinda took ideas from other recipes and stuff others have made on this and other forums.
  12. 22-250... Dropped in it's tracks. TC pistol in 7x30 waters. Few does. Most went less than 50 yrds.
  13. Legally, you go to your local big box store, and by a bag of Scott's weed-n-feed and apply it to your lawn. You cannot, however, buy same bag and apply it on your neighbors lawn, unless you have a NYS applicators license, or are working directly under someone holding one.
  14. At a good friends camp. It's the father's day LCI fishing contest. Hopefully we will catch some big one's. But if we don't, the view is well worth the admission fee.
  15. Seen a rat today near the chicken coop. I killed the bastard. Tore the coop apart and didn't find another rat. But I know there's another one near by.
  16. I forgotten about that place, and it's practically in my backyard. Did the Alpine slide when I was a teen. Scared the hell out of me, lol.
  17. How about the Shaker Museum in MA just past the NY border? Pretty neat seeing how the shakers lived back then. They have demos, and explain how things were made and survived in the 1700's If you're into old history, it's right up your alley.
  18. Fort Ticonderoga would be a great place to go. Not too far from you. Ausable chasm is another nice place.
  19. Only works if you borrow TF's bunny suit.
  20. I tried watched one show. It was so bad I didn't make it to the first commercial. Can't believe people fall for this crap.
  21. If you can buy it, you should be ok to apply it on your own land. If it's not your land, you need to be certified. I used to be certified yrs ago, but the regs were such a pita, I gave it up. Can't remember if leased land is considered " yours" or not.
  22. Watching the sunset through the trees while enjoying the campfire.
