What's for dinner tonight?

Sriracha is awesome. Don't like hot sauce that make their sauce hot just for the sake of making it hot. It has to have some flavor as well.

Honestly I only use it on breakfast food and last night was first time I had it on had it on hard boiled eggs.

I don't know what else to use it on.

No different than putting hot sauce on scrambled eggs or an omelette. Looks interesting.

Speaking of omelettes, had one with ham, pepperoni, potatoes, onions, and pepperjack cheese, and topped with Franks red hot for dinner tonight. Beer for dessert.

Tuesday night usual. Berbere wings and calamari at The Yelling Goat

My 13yr old daughter has the same bracelet and would probably Photobomb my pics with the peace sign too!! Good stuff. Dinner looks great except for that calamari. Not a fan.

You mix it into mayo?

yes. It makes for a great dipping sauce. Wife takes tilapia , cuts into chicken finger sized pieces , coats in flour with a pack of taco seasoning , deep fries in oil and we use the dipping sauce for them. Hit a food truck yesterday : shrimp po boy. Their special sauce was Sriracha mayo as we use it on our po boys too. Try adding some to stir fry as well. Awesome for crab cakes too.

My daughter wanted roast beast sammies tonight so my wife bought some Charlie The Butcher sliced beast, Au jus, rolls and coleslaw.

As usual, it ROCKED!  So simple; just heat the Au jus in a pan then drop the sliced beast in for a few minutes.  Horseradish to taste........... :)

Oh, and chased by a beer.
