crappyice
Venison Applesauce Meatloaf It was OK but I did not really taste the applesauce, perhaps it needs more.if you bumped the amount of applesauce and maybe went with a chunkier variety of “sauce” I wonder if that would give more/better apple flavor- maybe dice up a Granny Smith in there too.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Nomad
Lettuce and tomato were removed by me, after pic . This Pub we went to used to be an ice cream “stand” and they branched out into roast beef sandwiches to,keep busnesss going off season , they did pretty well too. The Pub kept one sandwich on the menu as a tribute to the old place , which was a popular Webster spot.

I also tell the waitress when they bring me water that " I'm thirsty not dirty, bring me a beer".

crappyice
Giving the venison sausage a dance on the grill They were better but still not amazing- I think I used too much garlic and the pork I used was too lean. Trial and error...more error than I hoped though!!! What can you tell me based on the cross-section? Grind too fine for sausage? Some venison burgers as backup!!
