Just left over spaghetti and meat sauce and chicken and macaroni salad and fresh garlic knots from  sam's club. Gonna figure out now that leftovers are gone for something new.

Imo leftover pasta is always better the second day.

Ok I had a seafood Shepard’s pie at a restaurant over on the river tonight, I did not take a pic but flip it was awesome! Scallops, shrimp and langostinos. Bam I need to recreate this one!

Back from a small hiatus. Tonight's dish is steamed cod with Salamida State Fair Lemon and Garlic Marinade done on the grill. Served with sauteed zuks, yellow squash, onions in olive oil. Along with some slaw. Enhanced with a Chard.

And finally dinner.  Cooked some boneless chicken breasts marinated in chiavettas with the sous vide and fiddleheads lightly sautéed in butter , salt n pepper with a balsamic glaze. I made dinner today to start Mother’s day for the wife as I’m working tomorrow

I gotta try smoking baked beans

Best beans I have ever had! Even better tonight as leftovers. You have to try them Jay, you won't regret it.

I am sure many folks have recipes, but here's what I used for mine.

- A can of Bush's Brown Sugar Hickory beans

- A little spicy brown mustard

- Half and onion chopped rough

- 1/2 LB apple wood smoked bacon ( cut in about 1/2" chunks and slightly crisped up )

- Spices / some smoked paprika, garlic powder, and cracked black pepper.

- - 3 hours in the smoker at 225.

That’s going to be a side for smoked wild turkey breast for sure. Thanks
