Smoked deviled eggs sprinkled with crumbled bacon. Scallops from Rochester farmers market smoked on bourbon wood chips in a dish with melted butter , broiled for but a second , topped with a bacon red raspberry reduction. I was busy after work today. 1798bfab491f5d05fd52d1187e7a60e9.heic15e0dd070218cbced07d4d8750b6c017.heic

Very nice.  If you like egg salad, try making some with those smoked eggs...

Went to Taco fest in Montgomery today.  Tacos did not impress me, unfortunately.  The girlfriend, and I had a nice time with her two friends.  I just threw some chicken in the oven to make buffalo chicken wing dip.  Sipping on jim beam vanilla too, it is delicious.

Your tacos kick ass- it’s not surprising those would be a lesser product. it’s kind of like my Italian grandma going out to eat spaghetti and meatballs...there just better at home!

That is awesome,  thank you! I love cooking,  but don't feel I am anything special in the kitchen,  I just try my best, and love experimenting.  Thanks!

Some trucks were using corn tortillas,  and they did not even crisp the tortillas,  so they were mushy.  Seems as if they do not care in my opinion.

Thanks again for the compliment.

I’m so embarrassed I won’t even tell you about our dinner. Hamburgers, Walmart potato salad, lettuce salad and lousy store bought brownies.  Ah crap, I just told ya.......

Oh and Bud Light

Sounds REAL to me, no need to try and impress the neighbors.
