You would probably like “Chicken Riggies”, a local CNY dish, originated in Utica but popular in every Italian restaurant around here.

Sounds interesting. One thing I absolutely hated in WNY was when I find out there was onions in chicken francaise. I love chicken francaise and WNY version with onions is a disgrace and gross

I know! I knew it was gonna suck, so I thought chicken francaise was the safest. It’s chicken, lemon, butter, white wine, etc. but they even butchered that with onions
