beachpeaz
Plus those gaurdrails are typically no more than 3' tall. He appears smaller than that. I would agree with the consensus view here of 200-250 ish.

ny hunter
I thought if a bear has big ears it because he has a small head which indicates he is young...this bear looks small and young.....Now I only knowwhat I read, never saw a bear in the woods.. Lawdwaz
I also think he is a pretty good sized bear. Looks like a he is sporting a thin summer coat..............small ears and a svelte waist line from a rough winter. Give him 120 days of chowing down on corn, apples and acorns and you'll have a 300lb bear on your hands.........................
Red
I agree with lawdwaz give he beat a few month of eating corn and apples and you'll have a big bear. Last bow season I seen a bear that wasn't even close to 100lb this cub was very tiny a week later in the same stand I seen another beat much bigger then the previous one and I would have guessed it to be around the 250 mark obviously im just guessing that beat looked to be about the size of this one .
